Condolence: With deepest sympathy to the Palmer family. Elwood was a valued member of our Perth Old Tyme Fiddler's Association for 38 years and was a loyal and active supporter as long as he was well enough to attend. He enjoyed sharing his gift of music as he entertained everyone with his fiddle playing over the years. He was a lovely person.
