Dear Lisa and Bonnie: I am so sorry to hear that you have lost your wonderful dad. I’m so thankful that I was able to enjoy a few visits with him when he moved back to Sudbury. We worked together at Towers in North Bay, and I have many happy memories of him. He was so kind, generous and fair. I had the highest respect for your Dad. He will always be remembered. Bob was our neighbour in Sudbury. He welcomed us with open arms when we moved here last December, and he was always fun to chat with - especially during the most recent Olympics. We are saddened to hear of his death and will miss him very much. Our condolences to the family.

In Loving Memory of Bob Dear Lisa and Bonnie, My heartfelt sympathy goes out to both of you on the sudden loss of your dear dad, Bob. I first met Bob when I was just 18 years old in Sudbury. I have so many wonderful memories of those early days, sitting on the front porch of my girlfriend’s house, chatting and laughing. Bob invited us to join their evening games on more than one occasion, which made those nights even more special. Over the years, Bob became so much more than a friend. He was my husband’s best friend and had the great honour of being the best man at our wedding. When we later lived in North Bay, we continued to share so many family gatherings, celebrations and special moments together. Bob was always a part of our family and remained someone very dear to us throughout the years. Bob truly had a heart of gold. He was thoughtful, caring and generous, and he always had a way of making you feel special. There are so many wonderful memories we shared, and I will always treasure every conversation, every laugh and every moment. I feel especially blessed and lucky that I had the opportunity to spend the last week with you in Sudbury. Those memories are now even more precious to me, and I will cherish them forever. Bob, I will miss you dearly. Thank you for 52 years of friendship, memories and for being such a special part of our lives. You will never be forgotten and will always hold a special place in my heart. Rest peacefully, Bob. Until we meet again. ❤️

My heartfelt sympathies to you Bonnie and Lisa and family … Bob had a wonderful, caring spirit and so evident with the way he treated everyone. He cared … I met Bob many years ago when I worked part time after school at Bonimart/Towers in Sudbury. He was always kind, helpful and had a warm smile for everyone. Over the years he was always at family events and fun to chat with and be around. He was so kind, thoughtful, generous after my husband recently passed away and offered to be there if I ever needed someone to chat with. A true gentleman always, a big heart and soul. Rest in peace Bob .You won’t be forgotten.❤️

Lisa and Bonnie, I’m so sorry for the loss of your wonderful dad. ❤️ So many of my childhood memories include both of you and Bob. He was such a kind, generous, and genuinely wonderful man. Our dads shared a bond that never wavered, and their friendship was truly the epitome of the very best kind of friendship — one that stood the test of time. I feel so lucky to have grown up with such special memories of your family, and I know how deeply loved and cherished Bob was. Thinking of you both and your family during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️

Bob was a big part of myself and my families lives for the past 23 years! He wasn’t just a friend he was family. Even though he wasn’t blood he filled the shoes of a grandfather (Bob Bob) to my Grandchildren who cherished his kindness very much. We will hold onto our memories and you will forever in our hearts. Rest easy Bob…Love Erin and family
