Mercer, Richard At Smiths Falls, ON on Saturday, April 26, 2008, Richard passed away from cancer at the age of 56. Richard loved obedience and agility, sailing and G. scale railroading; many of you would have met him at train shows in Ottawa, Gatineau, Iroquois, Kemptville and Smiths Falls. He is survived by his wife Gale Marshall (Montague Township) and their dogs, a sister Anne (Texas) and two brothers Michael (Texas) and John (New York). He will be missed. Arrangments will be private. In remembrance, contributions to the Smiths Falls Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
