Mrs. Stocker and Family, I was saddened to read of Bill's passing - my heart goes out to you, and I extend my sincerest condolences to the whole family! I was a teenager when I lived in Smiths Falls, but remember Bill as a well-respected policeman who was always friendly when you would meet him on the street. I had a deep regard for him! I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Bill Stocker. He was a wonderfully kind man. When I was a child, he was the epitome of the police officer and leader.
