Ackerman, Patricia Ann (nee Tracey)
Patricia was born in Ottawa Ontario on August 19th, 1933. She passed away peacefully in the Perth hospital on Saturday February 8th, 2025 . Pat was the daughter of the late Lillian and Ken Tracey of Ottawa and was predeceased by her ever-loving husband of 48 years, John Sills Ackerman originally of Picton. She was sister of the late Ken Tracey of Ottawa, Evelyn Ardern, Lloyd (Gertrude) Tracey and aunt of the late Bill (Nicole) Ardern. Pat leaves behind her loving niece Wendy (David) Cull, nephews Bruce (Louise) Ardern , Barry Ardern and their families. She will be fondly remembered by step-children Rosemary (David) Ahrens, Jacquelyn (late Michael) Brede, James (Martina) Ackerman, Lori (Doug) Driscoll and their families. Pat spent 25 wonderful winters with John in Bradenton Florida enjoying fun times with fun-loving friends. She also enjoyed several exciting trips and cruises both near and far. Pat and John moved to Perth from Mississippi Lake in 2003 and loved every minute of it. Pat retired from the Executive Suite of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, Ottawa.
The arrangements for Patricia are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, 15 Gore St. W., Perth, they will be held privately for the family. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations in Pat’s memory to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation.
