North, Victor Francis

November 20, 1954 – February 19, 2025

Went to be with his Lord and Saviour at the age of 70.  Victor passed away peacefully with family by his side at the ICCU of the Ottawa Heart Institute.

He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Wheeler) North. Loved and adored father of Jason (Lindsay), Jackie (William) and Sarah (Dan).

Victor was the son of the late Edward and Marion (Echlin) North. Proud brother of the late Roger (Catherine), late Lyle (Carolyn) and Randy (Nancy), Heather (Kevin), Rhonda (late Richard) and Barb.

He was the brother-in-law of John (Brenda), June (Eddie), Vernon (Judy), Doug (Wenda), Julia (John), Sylvia (late Norman), Kevin (JoAnn), Nancy (Brian) and Bill (Valerie).

Cherished Grandpa of Jasper, Veronica, Sebastien, Maquinn and Saige.  Loved by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, friends, aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, grandparents and numerous cousins.

A special thank you to the medical team at the Ottawa Heart Institute for the excellent care they provided.  Memorial donations to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation or Glad Tidings Pentecostal Church, Perth, Ontario would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth on Tuesday from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M.  Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 10:30 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair and Son Family Reception Centre.
