With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Carl on Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the Perth hospital at the age 91.  Beloved husband for a remarkable 70 years of Marilyn Pepper (nee Cox).  Much loved father of Tim (the late Jean) Pepper, Deborah (David) Kok and Cindy (Dwayne) Mazurek.  Sadly missed his grandchildren Shane (Sara), Crystal, Kristopher (Shannon), Katelyn (Taylor), Karter, Kirk (Meagan) and Kirstin (Scott) and great-grandchildren Bryanna, Max, Brynn, Barrett, Brendan and Brody.  Predeceased by brothers Donald (the late Rita) and Douglas and step-brother Danny.  Step-brother of Josephine and Velda and brother-in-law of Bev Pepper and late Cora Moulton and the late Douglas Cox.  Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many great friends.  Family and friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Funeral service will take place in the chapel on Thusday, March 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment, Hillcrest Cemetery.  In memory of Carl, donations to the Smiths Falls Salvation Army would be appreciated.
