Our family didn't live close to the other Burnie (Fawcett) family members as we lived in St. Catharines and Oshawa. However, at every Burnie Thanksgiving family reunion or get together Bud always went out of his way to spend time with us and really made us feel a part of the family. There are people in life who have a special way of caring and Bud was one of those incredibly wonderful people. His love of family and friends was a blessed gift to all. He will be truly missed by his Aunt Ruth and cousins Kathy and Trudy Hall and Alan Deacon. Thinking of you all and know memories of him will be cherished forever.

To Gloria and Family: I am so so sorry for the loss of a true gentleman Bud, who knew everyone and anyone at the Sf Trinity church , the Senior centre , the SF area , hockey rink and many more eastern communities. I am glad to have had the pleasure to know Bud and Gloria more , as I joined Sf Trinity church in February 2023. Bud and Gloria always showed an interest in meeting new people at church and helping out whenever needed . Bud was the go to person at church if needing anything , and he would come right away . He will be missed dearly and he is now at peace . All of Bud's family is in my prayers and thoughts. Sf Trinity Member - Laurie McDougall
