Peacefully at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital – Perth Site on April 10, 2025, Diane passed away after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. She was the devoted and loving wife of Blake Thomas for over 52 years. Cherished mother of Nichole (Keith), April (Chris) and Ryan (Tanya). She was the dear grandmother of Darion, Lacey, Payton, Gage, Teniel, Maddox and Paisley. Diane will be dearly missed by her sisters Darlene (Jim), Lynn (Lee), and brothers Jack (Jen), and Kevin (Kim). Predeceased by her siblings David (Josephine) and Dorothy (Carl). Diane will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In honour of Diane, memorial contributions to the Perth Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth.
