The Wand family were great neighbors when they lived outside of Lanark . Peter kept an eye on my property , when I was on the road . Barnaby their dog kept watch also . My sympathy to the Wand family and friends . Thanks for your service in the RCAF , Peter . PER ARDUA AD ASTRA .

To Peters Family and Lynn the love of his life My sincere condolences on your loss…I met Peter through our love of music and live within the same walking differences of downtown. We shared coffee chats at Codes Mill over he and Lynn’s residence in my area , I will truly miss pleasantries we shared over the last few years. I particularly send my love and prayers to Lynn whom he cherished.

Peter will be very much missed by me and many of his true friends. I'll miss his funny sense of humor and how much he cared enough about how I was feeling. He and Lynn and I had pleasant trips to The hairdresser, Tim Hortons and grocery shopping. Cheers Peter, keep on whistling and May you rest in peace. Dolores Wilson
