Obituary of Joyce Best

Peacefully, at Lanark Lodge, Joyce passed away at the age of 92.  She was the loving mother of Gail (Graham), Bob (Suzanne), Doug (Sarah) and proud grandmother of Ceilidh, Nick, Cal and Nolan.

She is survived by her brother Ken, sisters-in-law Brenda, Pauline, Marion and Jean and brother-in-law Allan Moore. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Emily Wright, brothers Earl, Donald, Lorne, Gordon Greer, Carl and Glen and sisters Helen Burns, Della (Chaplin) Dowdell, Geneva Moore and Mary O’Leary. 

A special thank you to all the staff at the Lanark Lodge for their care and warm kindness during Joyce’s stay. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lanark Lodge Memorial Fund would be greatly appreciated.  Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth.
