Many Happy Memories !!! You being my Mom's second cousin, you were always in the front seat to me. Rest in peace Lindsay Echlin I am sure you can probably secure your own bottle of Echlinville Whiskey by now no credit card or my influence needed !! But rest assured when I get there the first shot is going to be for you ! I always loved you and Leonard's reaction to the news of my son Connor's hockey career. Your smile, your laugh, and your outlook on life I will always remember. I will always be grateful to you for saving my life. At ten years old I rode with Betty Echlin, Garfeild's wife. As a crew departed from Elmers we headed through some feilds and fences to Hopetown. I was the passenger on the back of Betty's Mercury Kat skidoo and after departng from Uncle Elmers house headed to Hopetown, we flipped going up a hill. As we lay on our sides head down holding the monster Kat with our feet and knowing if one left the other it would roll down and would crushed the other ... I was never so happy to see a pair of headlights from a skidoo ... It was Lindsay. He realised we had gone missing and came back to look for us. He totally rescued us and on we went to catch up with the rest. <3
