Dear Linda, his daughters, and Dr. John’s entire extended family we wish to share our deepest sympathies on the loss of John.
For my sister and I, when we started in this industry as young professionals 30 years ago John not only made us feel welcome he gained our trust right from the first visit. Dr. John, as we called him, was an amazing individual who we saw as an ethical, intuitive veterinarian whom we respected not only as a vet, but as a true horseman and as a person. We considered him a friend and we always knew he placed the best interest of the horse first and foremost.
We have many fond memories of his visits, his sense of humor, and his unwavering dedication to the care of horses.
Dr. John was an incredible horseman who always went above and beyond for his clients and the horses he cared for. He was a legend in the industry with an impeccable reputation as a top veterinarian and as a person.
He will be greatly missed by the industry and the people in it.
