I remember her in elementary school a very pretty girl with curly hair.
My sister was near her age and played with her but in a small one room school we all knew each other.

To Ken, Sultana and Family -
My most heartfelt and deepest sympathy to you. Darlene was a great friend to me, we were best pals in the 70's. We roomed together and went on many trips to Ottawa to dance. She was more like a "FUN Sister". We even shared very close Birthdays.
I truly will miss thinking about her. Some 6 years ago I visited her in the Home. That was a sad day.
When I moved to Ottawa in late 80's we did not keep in touch. I truly regret that now.
I have many pictures which I will treasure, cause now - she is my angel.
