Arnott, Gordon Andrew
Gord passed away on Sunday, May 25th, 2025 in the Ottawa Civic Hospital at the age of 69 years. He was predeceased by his parents Nelson and Gladys (Cooper) Arnott.
Gord was the loved father to Tyler (Lindsay) Arnott, Josh (Megan) Arnott and Cory (Paul) Thompson and cherished grandfather to Zoey Arnott, Riley Thompson and Brayden Thompson. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Keith (Lyane) Arnott, Shawn (Joanne) Arnott, Pauline (late Pete) Johnston and Tammy (Steve) Burke.
Gord joined his father working for Arnott Bros. Construction, dedicating more than 40 years of his life, including 22 years as an owner along with his brothers Keith and Shawn. He was an involved member of the Perth community, volunteering at the Perth fair for many years and he enjoyed entering floats in the Christmas parades.
The services will be private for the family. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
