I first met Nancy in 1985 when started working for the Federal Government. At first we were co-workers but quickly became more.. We both arrived early and would have a morning coffee and muffin before work. Nancy liked nothing more than to help people and she baked and decorated beautifully a wedding cake for my son and his new wife. After I retired and moved away, whenever I was in Ottawa Nancy arranged a lunch with other co-workers. Nancy liked shoes and underneath her desk she had a fair sized box of shoes. Whenever she had to go down the hall or into another office she would grab her shoes and off she would go. Terry (another close co-worker) and I often wondered if one day she would grab a mis-matched pair. She did and we all had a good time with that. To Jim and Family, My most sincere and heartfelt sympathy. Glenda Owler
