Obituary of Bradley James Fielding

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Bradley James Fielding at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at the age of 35 yrs.

He leaves behind his devoted father Kevin Fielding (Bonnie) and mother Jennifer McParlan (Ross). Brad was the cherished brother to Christopher Fielding (Madeleine) and was the adored uncle to Charlotte. He was the beloved grandson of Kenneth Fielding (late Lois) and was predeceased by his grandparents Thelma and Ronald McParlan and Keith Clyne. Brad was the dear nephew of Brian (Gloria), Deborah, Keith (Marilyn), Glenn (Joanne), Gerald (Julie), Barry (Rosie), Linda (Bob) and Mark. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by many cousins, extended family, brotherhood of firefighters, many friends and colleagues.

Brad was a proud and dedicated member of the community, serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Town of Perth. His courage, commitment, and willingness to help others touched many lives. Alongside his service, he worked with Cavanagh Construction, first as a truck operator and later in quality control. He earned the respect of his colleagues for his hard work, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Beyond his professional and volunteer roles, Brad will be remembered for his generous heart, his sense of humor, and the way he was always ready to lend a helping hand. He cherished time with his family and friends, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Friends are encouraged to visit with the family at the Perth Fire Services on 1881 Rogers Road, in Perth on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Parking is available at the Perth Fair Grounds 50 Arthur St. Perth, accessibility is available at the Perth Fire Services as required. In honour of Brad, memorial contributions to the Canadian Blood Services would be greatly appreciated as he was a frequent blood donor. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Home, in Perth.
