Obituary of Mary Jeanette McDougall
It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Mary McDougall, age 85, of Perth, Ontario. Mary left this world peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, devotion, and unwavering love for her family.
Mary was the beloved wife of the late Rodney McDougall, whom she loved with all her heart. Their bond was a beautiful example of true partnership, one that carried them through life’s joys and challenges with laughter, devotion, and endless care. Even after Rodney’s passing, Mary’s love for him remained as strong as ever.
Mary was a proud and loving mother. She is survived by her children: Cindy Pugh (Andre) and their children Nicole and Ashley; Frankie McGregor (Kevin) and their children Darcy and Nick; Kim McDougall and her son Cody Devlin; Connie Frank (Doug) and their children Courtney, Rebecca, and Abigale; Debbie James (Rick) and their daughter Melissa; and Roger McDougall (Julie) and their son Ryder, and late infant son Hayden. Mary was predeceased by her son Darryl McDougall, who is lovingly remembered by his daughters Brittany and Taylor.
Mary was the cherished great-grandmother of 15, whose laughter, love, and stories she treasured. Her family was Mary’s greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength, and the way she always put family first.
Mary’s memories will be treasured by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is now reunited with Rodney and Darryl, and her love will live on forever in the hearts of her family.
There will be a private family service at Crawford Cemetery, with a celebration of life for friends and family to be held at The Civitan Club of Perth, 6787 County Road 43 Perth, on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm. In honour of Mary, memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or any charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
