Obituary of Lucille Larocque (nee Rodier)
It is with great sadness that the family of Lucille Larocque (née Rodier) announce her sudden passing on September 20, 2025, at the age of 84. Lucille was predeceased by her husband Fernand Larocque and her subsequent partner William Hill. She was a loving and dedicated mother to her children Guy (Marilyn) and Lise (Donald Desormeaux) and cherished grandmother to Spencer (Meaghan), Sebastien (Kelsey), Simon (Megan), Brandon (Cécile) and Amanda (Amber) as well as her great grandchildren Ainsley, Piper, Malcolm and Kaiden. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends including her sisters Susan Wright, Veronica Smith, Imelda Cross and her lifelong friend, Louise Carchidi. Lucille always kept a positive attitude in life and viewed each day as a gift. She was a strong woman who put others first, always brightening the lives of those around her.
Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. West, Perth, Ontario on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., followed by a service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the Blair & Son Family Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Tree Planting Program of the Rideau Valley Conservation Foundation.
