Obituary of Jamie Henry
With heavy hearts, we share the unexpected passing of Jamie Henry.
Jamie leaves behind his beloved wife, Annette Henry; his children Breanna (Ryan), Mikayla (Quinton), and Dakota (Olivia); and his three grandchildren, Jaxon, Jasper, and Daisy. He was taken too soon to meet his fourth grandchild to be but had already expressed how excited he was.
Survived by his mother, Beverly Morris (Len) and father, David (Audrey) Henry hailing from Kingston, and sisters Lisa Grobben (Kelly) and Shannon McCaffrey (Kevin), Melissa (Stephen) Workman and Natasha (Marcin) Ziolek. As well as many nieces and nephews.
During his career, he was a respected mentor and hard worker who especially enjoyed his time driving with LaFarge Concrete where he became a union leader.
Jamie was known by all for his big heart and incredible sense of humour and wit. He will be deeply missed at every family dinner, every holiday and birthday for many years to come. We will always leave a seat for you by the lake and will be thinking of you every sunset and sunrise.
His life reminds us all that it is never too late to learn new things, make new friends, and build the life of your dreams.
We were blessed to have you in our lives. In this life and the next, we will love you always and forever.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Friday, November 7th, 2025 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. In honour of Jamie, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
