McCord-Kerr, Evelyn (Dolinki)

Evelyn passed away in the Perth hospital on Wednesday November 5th, 2025 at the age of 92 years.  She was born on May 6th, 1933, daughter of the late William and Olive (Carley) Dolinki.  Evelyn was predeceased by husbands Elmer Milton McCord and Robert Kerr.  She was the dearly loved and respected mother of Randy McCord and Carley (Stephen Richmond); grandmother of Chelsey (Matt), Spencer (Erica) and Hayden (Delaney); sister of Ron (late Louise) Dolinki and sister-in-law of Audrey (late Allan) Blair, Barb (late Elwin) McKinnon, Jim (Adelane) McCord, Judy (Vernon) Wheeler and the late Evelyn (Glen) Wright.  Evelyn had a talent and love for women’s retail fashion; for many years she owned and operated “The Fashion Shoppe” and “Stage Nine” stores in Smiths Falls.

Family and friends will honour her life with a service in the chapel of the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Monday November 10th,2025 at 1:30 P.M.  Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Smiths Falls.   Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the M.R.I. Campaign of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospitals.
