Obituary of Alfred Charles Crosbie

Crosbie, Alfred Charles
Peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Alfred passed away on November 7th, 2025 at the age of 90. He was the beloved husband of Muriel and the loving father of Chad (Christine) and the late Brett. He was the dear stepfather of Donald and Barbara (David) Olmsted, and the grandfather of Owen and Kate. He is survived by his brother, Thomas (Sandra) Crosbie and sisters, Jean (late Harold) Greer, Gail (late George) Campbell, Julia (late Benny) James, Shirley (late Perry) Kargakas, and Barbara (late Richard) Perry. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Irene (Gemmill) Crosbie; his siblings Marjorie (late Carl) Buchanan, Jay (late Marion), Kenny (late Joyce), Carman (late Jeannine), Jack (late Joyce), Terry (Shirley) Crosbie, Evelyn (late Wilfred) Ferguson, Edith (late Gary) Devlin, Jess (Joan) and infant brothers Ivan and William. Alfred will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00pm & 6:00 to 8:00pm.  Alfred's funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at St. Andrew's Cemetery, Watsons Corners, Ontario. In honour of him, memorial contributions to the Salvation Army, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
