Obituary of Kim Burke
Surrounded by her loved ones after a brief medical battle, Kimberly Burke was called home on Saturday, November 15th, 2025.
Kim was the cherished matriarch of the Burke family - a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose love was the heart of every gathering.
She was the beloved wife and life partner of over 50 years to Jeff Burke. Proud mother of Patti (Vince Kerr), Stacey, Kaytee (Devin Arnoldi), and Lori (Andy Timmerman). Adored “Mymy” to her favorite boys, Kane Lee and Bodhi Kerr, who brought endless joy to her life.
Born in Perth in 1958 to the late Betty and Bob Cooper, Kim was the treasured sister of Kevin Cooper and the beloved “Auntie K” to Chad (Casey) Lackey, Kerrie (Dani) Cooper, and Brittany (Trevor) Gordon, along with many other nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Kim’s purpose in life was devout motherhood, and her passion was her four girls. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and warmth.
Those who knew Kim knew she was truly an angel on earth - a gentle soul with a welcoming smile that drew people in wherever she went. Her kindness, grace, and light will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A celebration of Kim’s life will be held by her family on Sunday, November 30th, 2025 at the Perth Lions Hall, 50 Arthur St, from 1PM to 4PM. In memory of Kim, memorial donations can be made to the Darou Farm Off Leash Dog Park. Arrangements entrusted to the Blair and Son Funeral Home, Perth.
