Obituary of Joyce Anne Moss

Passed away suddenly with her daughters at her side on Monday, December 22, 2025. 

Predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Carl, and her daughter Linda (Don) both in 2023. Left to mourn this loss are her daughters Bev (Peter) Hewitt and Shelley (Joe) Nadeau, her grandchildren Meghan (Ryan) Whitney, Danielle (Matt) Hewitt, Connor (Maeve) Hewitt, Cassidy (Sebastien) Nadeau and Nicholas (Emmaleigh) Nadeau. She was cherished GG to Aubrey, Everleigh and Briggs. She was excited to meet another great in the spring. 

Joyce was predeceased by all of her siblings, Elmer, George, Violet, Garfield and foster Allan and Leonard. Her door was always open to all of her nieces and nephews and their families who held a very special place in her heart. Auntie Joyce will be sadly missed by those surviving, Bill (Peggy), Dianne, Keith, Brian (Connie), Arlene, Sandra, Sharon (Art) and Cheryl. 

Family would like to express their gratitude for the attentive care and support she received from Bayshore Healthcare and George and Shery. 

Friends may pay their respects at Blair & Son Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Sunday, December 28, 2025 from 12 to 3 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will take place in the Chapel on Monday at 11 a.m. A private interment will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Smiths Falls Community Theatre.
