Obituary of Matthew Brandon Moir

Passed away suddenly in Ottawa on Friday, December 20, 2025, at the age of 33.  Loving and precious son of Janna and Rick (Eileen) Moir.  Proud brother of Nicholas (Seriena) and his children Noelle and Malakai, who were the light of Matt’s life. Matt will be sadly missed by his grandparents John and Norma Bennett and Don and Pauline Millen and he is predeceased by his grandparents George (late Andrea) Moir and his grandfather James Henry. He will be fondly remembered by his many uncles, aunts, cousins, and his extended family and friends.  There will be a Celebration of Life for Matt in the Summer of 2026.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the John Howard Society, Rita Thompson Residence.
