Dick was truly an amazing man, and it was a pleasure working with him over the years. I always enjoyed our visits when you stopped by the office as well.
May you treasure your memories and hold them close to your heart during this difficult time. Please accept my apologies for not being able to attend — the flu bug decided to visit our home.
Sending you love and keeping you all in our thoughts.

My sincere condolences to the Stanton family.
I worked with Dick, 40 plus years ago at Ronway Lumber. At that time it was summer employment, as a student. Dick always treated me well. More importantly, he had a great way of dealing with the public. There was never a "no".
I can remember using his truck for deliveries. It was the cleanest truck in town!

I am sending my sincere condolences to Richard's extended Family. I have had the special honour to call Dick my cousin. He was a vibrant man who greeted others with sincere Grace and Enthusiasm. His many exciting hobbies spoke to his love of life and adventure in the outdoors. His loyal love of his immediate family was noteworthy and deep. Richard had a way to draw people together, and to make them feel loved, included, respected and supported. I offer my sympathy to those relatives and friends who sincerely mourn Richard's passing.
