McIntosh, Janet Catherine

Peacefully at Saint Vincent's Hospital - Bruyere, Janet passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by her father James McLaren, brother David McLaren and sisters Donna McLaren and Nancy McLaren.  Janet is survived by her loving mother Betty McLaren and siblings Linda, Peter (Suzanne), Susan, Norma, James (Linda Lafontaine) and Chris (Heather).  She was the aunt of Heather, Andrew (Britt), Kait (Michael), Dani (Nick) and great Aunt to Connor, Cassidy, Cameron, Cayla, Harrison and Felix. She was a long-time employee of the Royal Canadian Mint.

A celebration of Janet's life will be held in the family reception Centre at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Friday, January 16th, 2026 from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. In honour of Janet, memorial contributions to the Ottawa Hospital Regional Cancer Centre or Bruyère Health Foundation - Saint Vincent's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
