Obituary of Anne Elsie Paul

Anne will be lovingly remembered as warm and caring. Family gatherings were especially dear to her heart, and her home was always filled with laughter, love, and the comfort of good food shared among those she cherished most. Her homemade baking was a treat, and her talents extended to sewing, knitting, and liquid embroidery crafts, each made with patience and care. She treasured her time at Robertson Lake, where she enjoyed playing cards and spending time with good company. Anne’s kindness, creativity, and devotion to family will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Anne worked at Bell Telephone in Lanark until she was married then babysat children for many years, along with taking care of her own family. From when she was young until she moved from Perth in her 80’s, Anne could be seen walking everywhere she ventured to.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters; Pat (Ron) Barker, Jennifer (Dan) Rosborough, her grandchildren Thom (Olivia) Rosborough, Matt Rosborough (Theresa Butwell), Erin Rosborough, and by her great-grandchildren Miles Rosborough, and Everett Rosborough. She will be fondly remembered by her brother Leonard (Coral) Somerville, and by her sister-in-law Mayme Somerville, and many nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her husband Ray Paul, infant daughter Sherry Paul, parents Albert and Stella (nee McCoy) Somerville, Siblings; Bessie (Robert) Foster, Robert (Jean) Somerville, Earl Somerville, Ivan Somerville, sisters-in-law Muriel Somerville, Irene Paul, Grace Easterman, and brother-in-law Victor (Doreen) Paul.
