Richard G. Reiber (Rick) passed away peacefully at Perth hospital on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, after a long struggle with illness. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Donna, daughters Robin and Katherine, stepsons Brian, Ian, and Steven, brother Greg, and nephews Tom and Ryan.

Rick had a distinguished career as a Chartered Accountant in Ottawa, running his own firm from 1977 to 2003, then continued serving clients through Canada-Wide Financial with Donna. He enjoyed cruising, camping, sports, cards, and horseshoes with friends.

A celebration of Rick’s life will be planned for a later date to accommodate guests. Donations to Perth and Smiths Falls Hospital are welcomed in his memory. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
