Obituary of Hilary Jennifer Fowler

Hilary passed away in hospital in Perth on Sunday February 8, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family.  She was predeceased in 2025 by her beloved husband of over 56 years, Archdeacon John Fowler.

Hilary is the loved mother of Ben (Ceridwen) and Tom (Monique) and cherished grandmother of Graham Fowler and Max and Will Bates.  She will be sadly missed by her siblings Robert, Philippa, and James and their respective families, all her extended family and friends.

Hilary should best be remembered for her tireless work in the community, both volunteering and creating safe spaces where people felt cared for and for her expansive and vibrant garden where everyone was welcome.

Services are private for the family, in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
