Obituary of Michael Claude Joseph Thorne

It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Michael (Mike) Thorne on 12th February 2026 at the age of 50. Loving son of Carol Thorne and her partner Myles and is predeceased father, Shawn Thorne. He leaves behind three children; Curtis Carneiro (from Sudbury),Lily and Bryson Thorne, their mother Kim Harmiden (ex fiance)as well as his partner Season Simpson predeceased (25th Feb 2025)and her children Joshua and Alyssa.

Sadly missed by his sister Tammy and fiancé Marshall, cherished by his nephews Philip & wife Ingrid & their children Colter and Winter, Matthew & partner Chloe as well as ex brother-in-law Glen Pilon and many aunts, uncles and cousins. May his memory live on through lifelong stories and loving family and friends he’s made along the way.
