Wayne was not just a great colleague and friend to me, he was also an incredible coach, a kind and caring person, and someone who taught me so much over the years.
Not only will I miss him deeply, but everyone at 3M Perth who had the privilege to work with Wayne will miss him greatly as well. He made a lasting impact on so many people through his generosity, guidance, and friendship.
My sincere condolences to Wendy, Philip, and Colin during this very difficult time. Wayne will always be remembered with great respect and affection.

Kath and I saw Wayne about 5 or 6 weeks ago when we were in the village. We stopped and had a good chat with him about life. He shared updates about Wendy, Phil and Colin. He informed us about his fight with cancer, but felt that he was going to overcome it. We parted ways, having shared a moment and a smile with him.
Needless to say, the discovery of Waynes passing was a shock to us. He was a good family man and always had time to share a moment and kind word. You will be missed Wayne.
To Wendy and family, please accept out condolences. May you find strength to endure this difficult time, through your mutual support of each other.
