Dolores Theresa Lackey passed away on April 3, 2026 at the age of 79 in Perth, ON. She was predeceased by her longtime friend, Ed Watson.

She was the loving mother of Wendy Lea-Schofield, Kathy Gilette, and Kevin Lackey, Dolores will be deeply missed by her cherished grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her siblings Bessie, Marion, Thelma, Lois, Joan, Marlene, Sylvia, Ella, Jack, and infant Eric, as well as by her parents, Doreen Echlin (née Drummond) and James Echlin.
