Obituary of Patricia Anne Smith

Passed away peacefully at the Smiths Falls hospital, Thursday, April 30, 2026 at the age of 68. Patricia will be missed by siblings Susan Smith (Derek Durant), James Smith (Sara Maveety), Nancy Murphy (Guy), Sheila Smith and devoted friend Carl Smith.  Predeceased by parents Ron and Noreen Smith (LeClair), brother Ron Smith Jr. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins from both the Smith and LeClair families. The family wishes to send a special thank you to Pat’s closest friends and neighbours for all the love and support they gave this past year. She was ever so grateful to each and every one of you. To the homecare providers that attended to Pat in the short time she got back home - Trish, Brie, Margaret– your continued support while Pat was in the hospital meant the world to her. The family would also like to acknowledge the health care teams at both Kingston and Smiths Falls hospitals ICU units. A Celebration of Life to honour Pat, will take place at Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith Street North, Smiths Falls, on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. A private inurnment will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery Columbarium. In Lieu of Flowers donations to the Smiths Falls Public Library or the St. Francis de Sales Cemetery would be appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Smiths Falls.
