Smith, Patricia Anne, 1936 - 2026

Peacefully, at Perth Community Care, on Sunday, May 4, 2026 Patricia Anne Smith at the age of 89. Pre-deceased by husband John (Johnny) Smith. Loved mother of Gregg Smith (Liane Waite) of Perth, David Smith (Wendy Eagle-Smith), and Christopher Smith, all of Smiths Falls. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Tyson (Krista), Jillian (James) and Quintin, Joel (Courtney), Kyle (Nancy) and Megan (Marc) Harris, six great grand-children and numerous cousins. Predeceased by daughter Joanne (Jody) Smith, son Robin K. Smith, parents George and Francis (Graham) Powell and brother Tommy Powell. Fondly remembered by her extended family and plethora of friends. Special thanks to the support staff at Perth Community Care, the ICU units in both sites of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital, and Van Horne. A Celebration of Life will take place at Blair & Son Funeral Home, 112 Beckwith Street North Smiths Falls, Friday, May 29, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. In memory of Patricia, donations to the Smiths Falls Public Library would be appreciated.

The sparkle in her eyes will always be missed.
