Obituary of Lesslie Elizabeth Ross
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lesslie Elizabeth Ross.
She is survived by her son, Shawn (Dalyce) Ross; her daughter, Petula (Chris) Ryan; and her beloved granddaughter, Everleigh Ross. She is also survived by her sister, Christine (Steve) Varner; her brother, Doug Ross; and her nieces and nephews, Amanda Varner, Jordana Ross, and Daniel Ross. Lesslie was predeceased by her father, Ronald Ross, and her mother, Pauline (née Bannan) Ross. She will also be lovingly remembered by Dalyce’s family, Vera, Brian, and Tegan Cloes.
Lesslie doted on her children and especially on her five-year-old granddaughter in recent years. She cherished taking Everleigh to the park and splash pad, and loved styling her hair in ways her dad could never quite replicate. Everleigh adored her grandmother and affectionately referred to her as “Grandma with the Glasses.”
Lesslie loved being outdoors and was always ready for an adventure, whether it was spending the day in her kayak, out on the boat, or riding an ATV. She embraced life fully and enjoyed every opportunity to make memories with the people she loved.
A devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Lesslie (mis)placed her trust in them for many years. Her home proudly displayed an impressive collection of Steelers colours and memorabilia, a reflection of her unwavering loyalty and spirited personality.
Lesslie dedicated her life to her work, caring deeply for her clients and colleagues and putting her heart into everything she did for others. She had a gift for making people feel valued and cared for, spreading kindness everywhere she went. Extremely generous and thoughtful, she would often go out of her way to brighten someone’s day.
She also had a special love for her cherished pets, Brodie and Piper, who brought her endless comfort, companionship, and joy. They were truly part of her family and rarely far from her side.
Lesslie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
All are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Lesslie’s life at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth, on Friday, May 22nd, 2026 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
