Obituary of Timothy John Jordan
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, Timothy John Jordan, on June 8, 2026 at the age of 68.
Born on February 20, 1958 in Lombardy, Tim was a devoted husband, father, and friend.
The family farm in Lombardy held a special place in our dad's heart. It wasn't just where he grew up; it was part of who he was—shaping his strong work ethic, resilience, and lifelong appreciation for the outdoors.
Tim was the beloved husband of Louise Laut-Jordan and a loving father to his three daughters, Michelle (Colin), Crystal (Jason), and Heather (Sean), of whom he was deeply proud. He is also survived by his sisters, Holly and Anne (Charles) and by his former wife, Kathy, with whom he raised the family he cherished.
He was predeceased by his parents, James Francis and Marie Jordan.
Tim found his greatest peace near the water. Whether fishing, boating, or simply watching the boats drift by, he was happiest by a lake, river, or ocean. He also had a special love for animals, especially his Newfoundland dogs, whose companionship brought him endless joy.
We are so proud to be his daughters and those who knew Tim will remember his kind heart, quick wit, quiet strength, and stubborn determination. He had a gift for making people feel welcome and left behind countless memories filled with laughter, kindness and love.
In honour of Tim's lifelong love of animals, and in memory of his beloved companions Josie, Deacon and Beau, memorial donations may be made to the Lanark Animal Welfare Society.
And when you have the opportunity, take a quiet moment to look out over a lake, watch the boats drift by and enjoy the peace of the water—just as Tim loved to do.
Tim will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
