Obituary of Linda Eileen Killingbeck

Linda Eileen Killingbeck passed away on July 6, 2026 in Perth, Ontario, with her loving family by her side.

Linda was the cherished wife and best friend to Daniel Killingbeck.  Married on July 16, 1966, they shared nearly 60 wonderful years together, building a life filled with love, devotion, and family.

She was the beloved mother of Allyson (Paul) Kirkham and was predeceased by her son, Darcy Killingbeck in 2023. Linda’s greatest joy was her family, and she will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Stephanie (Jeremy) Bell, Jeremy (Jessica) Kirkham, and Kaitlyn Killingbeck, as well as her great-grandchildren, Leighton Bell and Cayden Kirkham. She held a special place in her heart for her nephew, John Kelford, whom she loved as a son. 

Linda was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Christena (Ryder) Gilchrist.

Linda was a loving wife, a devoted mother, and a proud grandmother whose family meant everything to her.  She taught us the true meaning of love, gave us strength through every challenge, and showed us what quiet courage looked like.  It would be hard to find a stronger person.  Kind, gentle, and always by our side, Linda’s love was constant and unwavering.  Though she will be deeply missed, the love she shared and the memories we hold in our hearts will remain with us forever.

In remembrance of Linda, memorial donations to the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation - Perth Site would be appreciated by the family.
