Obituary of Patsy Roberts

Patsy passed away peacefully at Lanark Lodge on Friday, August 21, 2026, with her daughters, Candy and Cindy by her side.

She was the cherished mother of Candy (Jason) Wilson, Donnie (Amanda), and Angie (Dean), and a loving stepmother to Cindy Dixon. Patsy will be dearly missed by her grandchildren and step-grandchildren, who brought her much love and joy.

She was the beloved sister of Karen (the late Sandy) Thompson and Kevin (Polly) Roberts. Patsy is also survived by her in-laws, Rick (Lisa) Dixon, Mel (the late Rose) Dixon, and Judy (the late Donald) McWilliams, as well as her former husband, David Dixon.

Patsy was predeceased by her parents, Boyd and Fern Roberts, and her nephew, Jim Dixon. She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many friends.

The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff of Lanark Lodge for the compassionate care and support shown to Patsy during her time there.

In memory of Patsy, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or LAWS would be appreciated by her family.
