Obituary of Amanda Dawn Ropking

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Amanda Dawn Ropking, at the age of 39, who passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Smiths Falls site of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital. Amanda will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Jayden and Emma Laming, and their father, Cody Laming. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters, LeeAnn and Tammy Ropking, and her niece, Logan Ropking.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Adam McNeely, a special friend to Amanda, who was there to help and support her and stood faithfully by her side until the very end. His kindness and friendship will always be remembered. Amanda will be forever loved by her parents, Darlene and John Ropking, who will carry her memory in their hearts always.

We all will always love you, Amanda, and you will never be forgotten.
