Obituary of Velda Masters

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passsing of Velda Masters (nee Pepper), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and dear friend.

Velda was the beloved wife of the late Rodney Masters Sr., of over 40 years.

She was a loving mother to Perry (Tammy) and Rodney Jr. (Amanda). Velda will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Cody (Cara), Michael (Kiesha), Aaron (Jess), Dylan, River (Dallas), Tristan, Brennan (Emily), Lilyanna, Mariah, and Alesha, as well as her many great-grandchildren.

She will also be lovingly remembered by Marilyn Pepper, Bev Pepper and Josie Manneck, and by her best friend, Tony Morris.

Velda touched the lives of many with her love, kindness, and friendship. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for Velda’s Celebration of Life on Tuesday, September 15th, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Blair & Son Funeral Home 112 Beckwith St. N., Smiths Falls.  Inurnment will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery Columbarium.
