I cannot believe we will never see that smiling face again. We left Smiths Falls over 40 years ago but Chris was always one person you would run into and it would be like you never left. I loved him as a "kid", he was so much fun and always had something funny to say. He was always "little brother" to the Big Boys but there was never anything little about Chris, especially his heart. Peter and I want to send our deepest sympathies to all the Cauley/McKenna Families and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in Peace Chris. You will leave a large void here.

Nicole and Kim,
I've been in your lives since I was 4 years old and with that, I was fortunate enough to get to know Chris. He sure did put up with us Nic,... Between him running around trying to give me a loot bag at your birthday party, or him trying to pay my Uncle when he drove us at grad, I'm not sure which memory makes me smile the most. Chris always had a smile on his face and was a great man.

Dear Chris
My earliest memories, my friend, contain you. I remember kidergarten at St Francis and you and I not sleeping. No nap time for us. We chatted away while others slept and often got in trouble. "Kissy Chrisy"
I remember playing in the school yard and we had some sort of fight, no doubt caused by me because you were always a lover, not a fighter, and I ripped open your little plaid shirt from the bottom button to the top. They all just popped right off and your Mom spoke to my Mom and I got into a lot of trouble. But you and I were such good friends that just a little trife didn't matter.
When we grew up, we had many drinks at the Lee and had lots of laughs about many things, including the popped off buttons.
To live well, you must love many people and many people will therefore love you. This, my friend, you have done with grace.
To all of your family, starting with your Mom, and ending with your daughter, you are beautiful.
With much love, Angela.

Fond memories
Chris was a great supporter of Happy Times Nursery School. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and we could always count on him for physical help at the bake sales and lunch fund raisers. When the fund raiser was finished and it was time to put all the chairs and tables away that's when we got in to the laughs and jokes. He loved all children and was very supportive of the staff. Chris you will be sadly missed.
