To all the family,
To lose a mother, no matter how old we are, leaves a hole in our lives. When I heard of Aunt Hilda's passing, I just thought she is now with her beloved Forrest and family that went before her. Peace at last. I have many wonderful memories of visiting at the farm and when my father passed how I wanted Aunt Hilda and Uncle Forrest to be with us in the car. They were rocks, stable and comforting and they were always on hand for support for my mother. When I saw Aunt Hilda at the family gathering two years ago, she could hardly wait to get to the piano to play with John and Doug on the violin.
I'm thinking of you in the difficult time ahead.

I'm not sure if you remember me but I used to work in the front office at the front desk and I used to see your mom when she would come to the desk. If I didn't get up right away, she would tap on the counter to make sure I knew she was there. She was a wonderful woman, quiet with a big smile. I am sure you will miss her dearly. My condolences to you and your family.
