To all of Carolyn's family my sincerest condolences. May the memories you have of her help to sustain you. She was one of the proudest Moms I have ever known, one of the best people I was fortunate to have worked with.....from our early years at Rideau until the time we left, she was often a part of my day...I was very lucky. Carolyn will be very missed by many, the world is a quiet place tonight without her.

Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of the tragic death of Carolyn. I knew her from Rideau Regional, played ball with her, and we partied together in our younger days. Carolyn was a woman of small stature, but gigantic in her warmth, love, kindness, and sense of humour. My condolences go to her sons and the rest of her family. RIP Carolyn, it was a pleasure to have known you. xo

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Aunt Carolyn's passing. Our deepest sympathy go out to everyone she loved- her whole family and dearest friends; and especially Bryan and Michael, whose pain I cannot imagine.
I wish I was able to just have one last conversation with her. I remember the good times like playing baseball in the yard, and watching hockey games and playing mini-sticks in her living room. You were and will always be loved. Be at peace.

Caroline was a great shining soul. I feel so fortunate that I was able to know her over many years and call her friend. She was strong, intelligent, bighearted and she had an incredible sense of humour. I cannot count the times I have laughed until my sides hurt at something she would say. She was someone who would never ask for help but, always, she would be there in a heartbeat if you needed her.
Brian and Mike, my heart goes out to you both – please know that your mom was loved and respected and that she did much good while she was walked this earth. She will be dearly missed.

Carolyn and I coached a T-Ball team together when our kids were little. She had so much patience and was so funny. I always enjoyed her company. She lived in my neighborhood and I always made sure I had a coffee ready for her when she would stop by with the kids on Halloween. I have so many great memories working with her at Rideau Regional Centre. Carolyn always treated people with respect, she was a great listener with a huge sense of humor. She's gone way too soon and missed already.

We were shocked to say the least to hear of Carolyn's passing. We have known Carolyn for years, as well as the rest of her family. We were neighbors on McGill street, and we also played ball together; Wayne was our coach. Gosh, those days passed us quickly, but the memories will be etched in our minds forever. Carolyn was a very good ball player as I recall. She was a good friend, then and I'm sure a good friend to many. Rest in peace Carolyn, you'll be missed. May God bless her family!

THE GARAGE
THERE ARE LOTS OF GREAT MEMORIES I HAVE THAT I COULD SHARE WITH YOU. CAROLYN HER SISTER DEBBIE AND MY-SELF HAD MANY GREAT TIMES TO-GETHER WHEN WE WERE YOUNGER. THIS IS A STORY ABOUT THE TIME WHEN CAROLYN WAS TRYING TO PAINT HER GARAGE. SHE STARTED IT AND I COULD SEE SHE WAS GETTING A LITTLE FRUSTRATED. I HELPED HER OUT AND WE GOT THE JOB DONE, BUT THAT GARAGE SOAKED THE PAINT UP LIKE WATER. AS I STATED WE GOT IT DONE AND IT LOOKS GOOD TO THIS DAY. I WILL MISS YOU CAROLYN BUT DEBBIE AND I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER ALL THE GOOD TIMES. LOVE YOU NOW AND FOREVER.

Fun times
I know I have a ton of stories but the one I think is the most memorable to me would be the time when I was maybe 6 or 7, we were at grandmas for someone's birthday. I had waited all day patiently to dive into that cake!! When cake time came, I'm really not sure where I was but some how I missed out on getting a piece. I was crying so hard, just then Aunt Carol had showed up. "Why are you crying Jenn Boo?" She asked. When I explained what had happened she felt so sad for me and said, "Lets go, we're going bowling!!" I was so excited that I forgot all about the cake I didn't get!! Thank you, Aunt Carol for making me the happiest little girl that day!!! RIP..xoxoxo
