I was so sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I know that he was loved by all and will be missed. I will say a prayer for him and for all of you as well. I was just asking a couple of weeks ago about how he was doing when I spoke with Nathalie. My condolences to all of you. Jack was a very nice man and I will always remember his gentle nature.

He was always so kind and gentle and he spoke often of Barb and all of his children.He certainly loved all of you very much. I will never forget him and his wonderful family. Dear Barbara and Family, Today I read of Jack's passing in the Ottawa Citizen. My condolences to all of you. Jack was a war buddy as I remember, of my Dad, Charlie O'Hara,from Saint John, NB. I can still remember a visit from your family when I was a young girl. And the Christmas trees that Jack sent to us by train, I believe. I gave my Mom the sad news by phone and she also sends her condolences. She is now 94 and is quite well. My sister and I and our families are living in Ottawa. God bless.

I was saddened to read of Jack's death. The few times I met him in the past two years or so I learned from you what an interesting person he was. He was obviously cherished by his family. I was always so impressed by Barbara's determination to keep him at home no matter how much dedication and work this involved. I am sure this care was a huge part of his being able to stay with you for so long.
