Sincere condolences to the family of Rod. Years ago I would always look forward to my mail delivery,so that I could share a friendly smile and chat with him. He lived a Christian life by living a good example to others. May pleasant memories abide with the family;until you are reunited on that beautiful shore.

It is with sadness that we read of Rod's passing on the internet (we are in Arizona). We extend our deepest sympathy to the entire family. We have wonderful, happy memories of Rod when we were neighbours in Perth in 1974 and 75 - he was a wonderful, kind, gentle man. He has gone home leaving a wonderful message for the rest of us on love and faith! In our thoughts, Laurie and Marilyn Manson

I picture your dad: Apron on, running out of the house with a bag of freshly made donuts, as I begin to back out of the driveway (1/2 plain, 1/2 sugared as he wasn't sure how we'd like them). He will be greatly missed! Our deepest sympathy.

Rod's Smile
Rod Hannah was probably the kindest Man I ever knew. Sincerely.
When I worked at the Free Methodist Church for Rev. Sharpe, Rod was there
with his pleasant smile, always. I'll never forget his face.
He was a great man. I only found out years later that he fought
at the Battle of Ortona. He has earned his time in Heaven.
My prayers are with you all.
God Bless
Dan

Deepest sympanthies to Paul, Peter Mark and their families on this very sad day. I feel blessed for having been able to have had Uncle Rod so much a part of my life as I was growing up. When I think of a true Christian I think of Uncle Rod. He was a very kind, gentle caring beautiful human being and will always be one of my heros. Always will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed. God bless you Uncle Rod.
