Absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Dad is in the loving arms of Jesus now, his pain has forever gone & only love remains. For all of us left here who are caring a heavy weight inside our heart for him we need to remind ourselves that because we who have trusted in the risen savior, this isn't goodbye..but until we meet again, in only a short time we to will be with you in paradise forever more. There we will never have to say goodbye again, so Dad I choose not to say goodbye but know in my heart we will be together soon. I forever love you and am looking up, I see the signs and know very soon we left here will be hearing the trumpet. Then we will no longer be separated ever again. I have missed you so much.~ love your daughter Angie.

Just like a big brother at time's
As I grew up in Maberly and was venturing in to the making's of who I am I will always remember Jim and Brian fixing a lot of the junk cars that I would drag home in hope's of getting one of them on the road Legally . And I can attest to a few frantic call's to Jim at all hour's of the day to come and tow one "not so legal one's " home off the road's before some poor police man would happen along . It was always with a smile and a chuckle and always willing to offer up some advice on what parts I would need to fix up first . He sure helped me get on my way in life whether with help on a car or the motorbike or advice on rifle's he would tell you his honest opinion and he will always be remembered for just being the man he was . You will be missed but you will be fondly remembered by all that knew you .
