My condolences in the passing of Donna to everyone. I have fond memories of when she'd sneak over to her Aunt Aileen and Uncle Gerald's place on the bus to spend the weekends or nights. She'd hide down behind the bus seat and when she'd get off - Herrick would always say- "you sure you are supposed to be doing that? and her love for her yellow dresses... a great cousin she was as all Aunt Margaret's kids were.

"What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget." - Author Unknown

Wonderful woman
Donna Moore was an amazing woman. Donna loved everyone and everyone loved her. Being at the Moore household quite regularly as a child Donna always made it feel like home. Donna was an incredible cook! Loved her venison stew. I think I had three bowls. I can remember Donna always tried to get me into a dress for church, she won. She always put others needs and wants first. Truly remarkable woman whom I will always love!

Swimming
Donna, Dianne Heather & I swam in the little creek out in front of their house when we were little, probably 11 or 12 at that time.
I also remember when their father died, he was waked inside their home. I had nightmares about this.. It was the only wake at home I ever went to. I was little and it was scary.

One Special Aunt
You were always welcomed at the Moore home, plenty of pepsi and chocolate chip cookies to go round. And when the fun was done, a bed to lay your head. Why go home when you had a cozy spot in your cousins room. My favorite memories would be up at the Rock lake hunt camp with all my cousins swimming and eating frogs legs (now doesn't that sound morbid!) and being eaten by skidders. Even in the last days, aunt Donna always welcomed you in and had a visit! I would be crazy not to be proud to have a few ounces of that blood running through my veins. Talk about dusty angels with the strength and personality to live life to the fullest! Love you forever Aunt Donna.
