Farlinger, Ronald Carl On Wednesday August 7th, 2013 following a courageous battle with cancer, Ron passed away at the age of 74 years at the Perth hospital. Ron was the cherished husband of Joan (Boychuk) Farlinger, greatly loved and respected father of Sharyn (Farlinger) Szick and John (Lindsay Travers) Farlinger and grandfather of Jaclyn, Daniella, Ava, Logan and Sierra. He also leaves behind many dear family and friends. Ron, a retiree at Chrysler Canada lived many years in Windsor. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth from 1:00 to 1:45 P.M. Sunday August 11th, 2013. A service to honour Ron’s life will be held in the chapel Sunday at 2:00 P.M. followed by reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations in Ron’s memory to the Foundation of the Kingston General Hospital or Prostrate Cancer.
