Clark, Hazel Isabel Suddenly in hospital in Perth on Saturday, September 7th, 2013, Hazel I. (Hardon) Clark in her 89th year. She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband George Clark, her daughters Christine (Stephen) Johnston and Mandy Clark son Kenneth (Natalie) Clark, grandchildren Sarah (Steven) and Emily (Bobak), Melissa, Stephanie, Mason and Gabriel. Hazel was predeceased by brothers Jack, Harry and Raymond Hardon. She will be fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Lee Hardon, special family friend Mary Margaret Scott, all her family and many good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St., West, Perth on Tuesday, September 10th, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception in the Blair & Son Family Centre. The interment will be held for family and friends in Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa, Wednesday at 3:00 P.M.
